"Canhigh"" is a combination of "can "and"high",which means"I Can Fly Higher".
Canhigh Group is formerly known as Hangzhou Longxin Property Development Co., Ltd. It was founded by Mr. Li Baoku in Hangzhou on June 19, 1995. On August 19, 1998, the company officially named Hangzhou Canhigh Housing Construction Co., Ltd., with an English name of "Canhigh", thus enabling the use of square nine-grid pattern as logo. Approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Company renamed Canhigh Estate Group Co., Ltd. on September 25, 2007.
Since its foundation, under the leadership of founder Mr. Li Baoku, Canhigh, as a professional real estate development enterprise, invested and developed residential projects of Xixi Garden and Xin Garden by cooperation and contracting. The initial capital accumulation of enterprises had been complete at the time. In 1998, "Baidanghai Apartment" invested and developed by Canhigh was launched. This Chinese Jiangnan residential project together with Osmanthus Apartment and Nandu Garden developed by Greentown, Nacity and other well-known real estate companies became the representative of the first generation of commercial housing in Hangzhou at that time, which brought Hangzhou real estate market into a new era of commercialization. At the beginning of 2000, Canhigh launched the "Poetic Home" project, which was then a rare, large-scale residential area in Hangzhou. The project has won the title of the first "National Comfortable Housing Model Project" in Zhejiang Province with its innovations in energy conservation, environmental protection and the application of new technologies, which laid a solid foundation for the development and growth of Canhigh.
Since 1995, Canhigh has invested and developed an area of more than 12 million square meters, covering a variety of products such as residential, office, business center, community center and school, so that it provides quality living, business and learning places for more than 100,000 households and merchants. Classic projects are all over major cities in Zhejiang that have attracted great attention from the local market. Located in Hangzhou's Huanglong Business District, Huanglong Vanke Center has a total construction area of about 400,000 square meters, covering 9 international 5A office buildings and commercial bodies. Phase I was developed by Canhigh independently and put into use in April 2015 as well as attracted domestic Internet innovation giants such as Ant Financial, Mito, and Like to take the lead in the settlement. At the beginning of 2016, Canhigh introduced Vanke as the equity partner of the project. Through the sharing of high-quality resources between the two sides, the project has been comprehensively improved in quality, innovation and growth.
Harmonious Homes, another million-square-meter community surrounded by seven mountains, follows the concept of natural development, which combines architecture and nature on the basis of maximally protecting the original landform and ecology, has made it become a classic work of noble and humanistic communities in Hangzhou. In December 2014, Canhigh and Vanke jointly won Yuquan project. The project is located between the foothills of West Lake and Huanglong CBD's west wing, and is seamless linked with Harmonious Homes, covering a variety of product lines such as exquisite houses, betsuins, courtyards and joint courtyards. Various house types meet diversified housing improvement needs.

As of 2018, Canhigh Group has owned and managed assets of over RMB 23 billion. Among them, the annual rental income from holding property interests is about RMB 300 million. By 2021, Huanglong Vanke Center will be fully put into use. The annual rental income from holding and operating property interests will reach RMB 500 million. From 2017 to 2018, Canhigh has invested in eight real estate projects around Hangzhou and Shanghai, which will bring considerable income to the company in the next three years.

He graduated from civil engineering major of Zhejiang University, EMBA major of China Europe International Business School, with a Master's Degree in MBA and the qualification of certified real estate appraisers. Mr. Li has been serving Canhigh Group since its founding, a core leader of the company. Mr. Li Baoku has won the honor of "China’s Top 10 Real Estate Figures", "2006 CIHAF Celebrity", "Patriotic Entrepreneur of 2005 Patriotic Chinese Businessmen Spring Festival Party and Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange" and other honors.
He graduated from the civil engineering major of Zhejiang University, EMBA major of China Europe International Business School, with a Master's Degree in MBA and the title of intermediate engineer. Mr. Wang is a member of Zhigong Party, the deputy to the NPC in Xihu District, managing director of Zhejiang Real Estate Association, board member of Zhejiang Province Charity Federation, vice president of Zhejiang Wenling Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Wang joined Canhigh in July, 1998 and has served the company for 21 years. He is an important leader of the company. He has won the “2005 Habitat Classic Outstanding Contribution Award”.
She graduated from the business administration major of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, with a Master’s Degree and senior accountant qualification. Ms. Yao Xiaojun is a member of the Communist Party of China. She was a party representative of Hangzhou and Xihu District of the Communist Party of China. Ms. Yao joined Canhigh in September, 1999 and served as the secretary of Canhigh Party Committee. She is an important leader of the company and has served the company for nearly 20 years.
She graduated from the marketing major of Southwest?University?for?Nationalities, joined Canhigh in April 2004 and has rich industry experience in real estate marketing and property management in holding and operation. She once performed marketing operation of million-square-meter project, such as Warm Town, Harmonious Homes, and was responsible for the operation and management of the urban landmark project - Canhigh Center. As the backbone leader of the company, she has served the company for nearly 15 years.
