On 19 June 1995, Hangzhou Longxin Property Development Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Canhigh, was founded in Hangzhou, Zhejiang.  On August 19, 1998, the company was officially named Hangzhou Canhigh Housing Construction Co., Ltd. and used Canhigh as the logo. Since then, Canhigh has been officially established.

From August 17 to 19, 2018, on the occasion of the 20th Anniversary of Canhigh, Canhigher went to the beautiful Zhoushan Island. Under the blue sky and white clouds, they celebrated the 20th anniversary on the beach.

On August 17, all employees of Canhigh Group visited the cooperated project in Baishihudong, Dongqian Lake, Ningbo. Baishihudong is a poetic dwelling on the north bank of Dongqian lake in Ningbo, which is co-developed by Canghigh and Ningbo Vanke.

The project is located on the north side of the largest natural freshwater lake in Ningbo Dongqian Lake Resort, it's a national 5A-class tourist resort in Zhejiang Province. It is close to the mountain and lake with beautiful scenery, only about 12 km from the center of Yinzhou district in Ningbo city, which will be built into a core low-density high-end residential area in Ningbo. The project covers an area of nearly 140,000 square meters. The total construction area is 140,000 square meters with a plot ratio of 1.01, where stacked houses and townhouses are planned to be built. At present, the first phase of the project has been listed and sold.

On August 18, Canhighers were full of passion and dream gathered on the beach of Zhujiajian Westin Hotel in Zhoushan and carried out group building under the blue sky and white clouds. With breaking waves and sea breezes, everything is so beautiful! Thanks to every Canhigher and the days we have passed along the way!

On August 19, Canhighers went to Puji Temple of Putuo Mountain in Zhoushan to pray. Wish every Canhigher young, happy and healthy. Wish Canhigh career grow steadily, forge ahead forever, pursue excellence and sustain growth! Wish everyone gather at Canhigh to create wonder together!

Over the past twenty emerged years, Canhighers have worked together and always practiced the simple values of "integrity, self-esteem, self-reliance, courage, excellence and beauty" along the way. The 20th Anniversary of Canhighers Meeting was held at Landison Putuoshan Resort, where we reviewed the development process and historical achievements of the company in the past 20 years, publicized the production and operation objectives of the company and looked forward to the company's future development of the company.  Let's work together to create greater glories!

The sea and sky, the stars and the fun on the beach are unforgettable.  All sentient beings or a drop in the ocean, it is our fate to get together. Living and working with the right people and living a rich and meaningful life are so beautiful!
