On March 7, 2018, Canhigh actively expanded its territory around Shanghai. It cooperated with Shanghai Vanke and CFLD to invest and develop Jiashan 2016-54 project on Luoxing Street of Jiashan in the form of equity investment. On the same day, Canhigh cooperated with Shanghai Vanke and CIFI GROUP to invest and develop Jiashan 2017-34 project on Luoxing Street of Jiashan in the form of equity investment. This is another major deal of Canhigh after it won the No. 2018-2 plot in the main urban area of Pinghu at price of RMB 809 million on February 12, 2018.

Jiashan ranks 56th among the top 100 counties in China. With strong economic base, it is one of the first open counties and cities approved by the State Council. Located in the cross center of Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo and Suzhou, people here can reach the four major cities in an hour by high speed railway. The geographical position is extremely superior. Both Project 2016-54 and Project 2017-34 in Jiashan are located in the high-speed rail new city built in the central area of Jiashan, which is the bridgehead for Jiashan to connect to Shanghai. With perfect surrounding planning, they have the innate advantages to undertake a large number of population and industries spilled over from Shanghai.

Project 2016-54 and Project 2017-34 in Jiashan cover an area of about 84,000 square meters in total. The capacity area is 210,000 square meters. The plot ratios are 1.5-2.5 and 1-2.5, respectively. It is planned to build them into a high-quality residential area to attract large-scale high-tech talents and help the construction and development of Jiashan High-speed Railway New Town.

The investment in the two homesteads is another proof of Canhigh in its resolute implementation of the investment strategy around Shanghai and expansion of the investment territory. At the same time, it also marks that the model of Vanke and Canhigh Cooperation Platform has extended to the region around Shanghai.
