Located in the central area of Paojiang New District in Shaoxing national-level development zone, Warm Town (Shaoxing) is the second successful product of “Warm Town series” of Canhigh in different places. The project has a 1,700㎡ Paojiang Xintiandi business in support, which is a commercial district in Paojiang and an important business center of the region.
In March 2008, Canhign obtained the land of Warm Town in the central area of Paojiang New District in Shaoxing. The project followed the living model of “modern urban neighborhood” used by the Warm Town series in Hangzhou and Ningbo. The traditional classic BLOCK mode has been fully highlighted here. The refinement of household design is also the distinguishing feature of “Warm Town series”. Warm Town is the first national pilot family housing in Shaoxing. It is the typical representative community of family affection in Shaoxing and Paojiang New District.
The creation of an exotic environment is the greatest innovation of Warm Town (Shaoxing), which inherits the aesthetic essence of ancient architecture of Greece and Rome. Beautiful facade color, and delicate architectural lines and block relations make the building present a romantic, noble, classic temperament.
The total area of the project is about 164,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 280,000 square meters in total. Multi-storey buildings, high-rise apartments and townhouses are available, including 56 buildings and more than 2,000 households. The project was started to sell in March 2009 and was fully put into service in 2014.
