In December 2006, Canhigh Group and Vanke which just entered Hangzhou market jointly won the largest plot of Xixi in Hangzhou - 35# plot, namely DREAM of Butterfly.
DREAM of Butterfly is located in the center of Xixi area at the intersection of Chongyi Road and Wenyi West Road. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase is multi-storey and small high-rise residential buildings with 4-12 floors. The houses are mainly 190-square-meter fine decorated duplex and a small amount of 90-square-meter all-round mansion. It is the first fine decorated duplex community in Hangzhou. In the process of project planning, design, construction and management, the project combined the characteristics of Hangzhou city with the needs of customers, striving to build the project into a quality community with low density, high quality and modern courtyard style. At present, DREAM of Butterfly has become a model quality community in the west of Hangzhou.
The project covers an area of about 13.5 hectares, with a construction area of nearly 430,000 square meters in total. It mainly consists of multi-storey and small high-rise buildings, with a total of 29 buildings and about 2400 households. The project was sold in September 2012 and fully put into service in June 2014.
