On May 29, 2018, Canhigh, Vanke, Zhongtian and Ping'an Real Estate offered the layout of Hangzhou Chengxi (Western) Science Innovation Grand Corridor, and officially signed a contract to invest the plot won by Zhongtian Real Estate in the west Linzhong of Zhulin Village, Jinbei Sub-district in Lin'an, and determined the cooperative development.
The project is located in the core urban area of Lin'an, adjacent to Tiaoxi, the mother river of Lin'an, with beautiful environment and developed supporting facilities. With the gradual realization of the benefits of Hangzhou Chengxi Science Innovation Grand Corridor and Hangzhou-Lin'an Intercity Railway, the value of the project will be greatly enhanced.
When "fine decoration" strategy was implemented in Hangzhou, Qice took the lead in responding to the call. Meanwhile, with the green three-star building as the decoration standard, it aimed to create a rarely fine community in the city and bring Lin'an the first luxury house with fine decoration, floor heating and central air conditioning, synchronizing the quality life in Hangzhou.
The project covers an area of about 63,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 200,000 square meters and 1291 households planned in total. The project is composed of 13 high-rise buildings and 2 small high-rise buildings. The first apartments have been sold at the end of November 2018.
