On December 29, 2017, the tripartite consortium of China Merchants, COFCO and Sunshine Town acquired the R-15 plot of Keqiao in Shaoxing. Canhigh and Vanke signed a cooperative development agreement with the tripartite consortium to invest the land in the form of equity investment.
With the opening of Hangzhou-Shaoxing Intercity Railway, the implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Keqiao, the construction of Mazhaihu Eco-city Park, and the delivery of the first phase of the project in 2020, the building was named "Future Town".
The project is located in the Banhu Plate of Keqiao Central District, adjacent to “Jishan Station (under construction)” of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing Intercity Railway. Relying on the construction of "Dawan Area around Hangzhou Bay" and the planning of "One Heart, Eight Branches" intercity rail transit network, Keqiao ushered in new development opportunities once again. At the same time, living standards are also updated according to this situation. With the heart of Hangzhou Bay and the new metro, Future Town outlooks the future human settlements of the bay era, updates the lifestyle with the metro artery, and reconstructs a elegant and beautiful living environment of a city by natural endowment.
The project covers a total area of about 136,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 350,000 square meters and 3,000 households in total. It is composed of 22 high-rise buildings with 25-27 floors and 16 small high-rise buildings with 11 floors. The project was launched in November 2018.
